[:en]An Exterior Inspection is necessary to verify the occupancy status of your property and determine what type of outside maintenance or improvements are needed in order to improve its curb appeal.

Our inspectors will promptly inform you of any adverse conditions that need to be taken care of, and more importantly, report if the property appears to be occupied. In our report, we’ll provide a detailed description of the exterior condition of the property and report issues such as damage, unsecured doors or windows and tall grass. We’ll also note the presence of “For Sale” signs, citations or notices.

Once the Exterior Inspection is performed we can also undertake, upon request, the necessary maintenance to help expedite the sale of the property.
