Occupancy Inspections

To ensure your property is vacant, an Occupancy Inspections is performed at the start of the foreclosure process by an inspector who goes out to the property and determines if someone is still living in it. A full report is produced to document the visit and promptly inform you if there are any damages or potential hazards that can affect the property value.

The inspector will also provide full names, contact phone numbers, rental information (if applicable), real estate agent or property manager information obtained during the inspection. This type of inspection generally doesn’t include an interior inspection and instead focuses on the outside of the building and its occupants.
